All our kilns include Digital Automatic Controllers which read both in fahrenheit and in celsius.
Kilns from 10 cu.ft. up to 32 cu.ft. have two zone temperature control ensuring uniform heat distribution. All controls include over-temp alarms on automatic controllers, continuous temperature read-out and easy access to thermocouple(s). Over time kilns need maintenance and updating, new parts will ensure longer life. Below you will find our complete parts list. If you don't see what your looking for please call or e-mail us. We use Heavy Duty A1 Elements. This means long lasting element life and accurate uniform heating. They are suitable for your kiln / furance whether used in commerial or industrial operations. |

An optional temperature control will disable your controller from going over temperature which enables meltdown protection. If your kiln is left unattended at high temperture, the MPI Controller will automatically shut down the controller before any damage is done to your kiln. |

Quartz Tubing (optional) is available to ensure longer life to your elements
(not available for Round and Oval Kilns). Not only do Duralite quartz tubing offer excellent high temperture strength but also good thermal stability and shock resistance. We also offer thermocouple protection tubes as well. |
