Lab Furnaces are ideal for dental and scientific laboratory applications. Available from 115V @ 12 amps or 208V to 250V @ 12 amps single phase.

Multi-Pupose Furnaces can manage such tasks as Glass Annealing, Metal Treatment, Doll Making, Cermics & Pottery. Available from 208V to 250V @ 24 amps single phase.

They are built with Model 3K Controllers with Ramp8 Software allowing you to store 4 programs and input 8 segments per program.

Both models have a maxium firing temperature of 2380 °F (1305 °C)

All models have Wall-Mounted V6-CF Controllers allowing users to store up to six programs and when combined can enable 16 segments per program.

Fiber Board Insulation is used in all models which have 40% less heat loss over kilns made with only firebrick.

This results in less energy consumption that reduces hydro costs and you have perfect firings everytime. They also come with a 4" stand (6" upon request).

We include Ceramic Posts in the chamber and our top ring is made of High Density Fire Bricks that are shock resistant to prevent damage from crucible usage.

Our Front Loading Annealer has a heavy duty frame ensuring durability and longevity. As a safety feature it has an automatic shut-off switch. Other safety precautions include MPI Controllers (Policeman).

Our Glass Furnaces have cement free firing chambers and all framework is protected by heat resistant paint.

All kilns have fire brick firing chambers providing excellent element retention eliminating crumbling and deterioration. This means no fiber particles falling on your creations.

Different chamber size requirements for custom glass kilns and furnaces are made upon request.
